About Auburn VNA Health Network
Auburn VNA Health Network (AVHN) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that was founded in 1919. AVHN is a trusted home care resource throughout Worcester & Central MA and has been providing community nursing, therapy, and support services for nearly a century. Our dedicated Board of Directors, healthcare team, and volunteers make it possible for this Agency to continue its mission of keeping individuals and families safe, healthy, and independent at home.
Auburn VNA Nursing & Therapy is a division of AVHN that provides "Compassionate Care – At Home" through skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and social services.
Pakachoag Gardens is also a division of AVHN, which is a weekday, comprehensive adult day health program that provides socialization, nutrition, emotional support, medical, and personal care.
Bancroft Private Care is a sister company to AVHN that offers private home care services ranging from personal care, companionship, transportation, homemaking, respite care, private duty nursing, live-in, and 24/7 care.
