A professional clinician responsible for marketing all divisions within the organization, enhance referral networks and expand services for our well established home health agency. Responsible for developing and maintaining favorable relationships with new and existing referral sources in order to increase referrals. Must exhibit a passion for the home healthcare arena and feel comfortable initiating new relationships with perspective referral sources. We seek self motivated individuals with goal-directed referral skills, ability to work independently with minimal direction, persistent determination and positive attitude with a commitment to excellence.
- Must have at least two years marketing and/or homecare liaision experience
- Must have professional licensure
- Proven track record of success in identifying and generating referrals
- Must have high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills
- Ability to make high level presentations

Management of the day-to-day clinical operations which are fundamental to the successful execution of the Agency's Certified Home Care Division; Collaboration with Intake Department; Coordination of all weekend referrals; Direct oversight of all weekend staffing and scheduling; Interdisciplinary communication; Performing visits as needed to ensure patient coverage; Conduct all operational activities within full compliance of State & Federal regulations and agency policies; Ability to enforce all Agency protocols and policies with clinical staff.
- RN licensure in Massachusetts
- 3-5 years experience in the home health setting
- Minimum 3 years proven supervisory experience
- Must possess solid knowledge of state & federal home care requlations
- High level of professionalism, solid decision making skills, autonomy
- Must be caring and compassionate

Possess sound clinical knowledge and home healthcare practice knowledge. Applicant must have strong problem solving skills. Lead the development and implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan. Conduct QI Committee Meetings in a timely manner. Oversee the patient satisfaction surveys and analyzes results. Report patient satisfaction trends/issues to the Director of Nursing & Therapy and the QI Committee, along with recommendations for improvements. Responsible for OBQI/OBQM reporting and processing. Review all medical record documentation for patient encounters and accurately code services/diagnoses according to ICD-9/10 guidelines. Ensure correct codes assignment based on documentation. This individual must be able to function autonomously, demonstrate excellent problem solving skills, and possess strong clinical and computer competence. Medical Coding and Home health OASIS-C Certificates preferred. *Must have experience in Medicare pre-billing.
