Auburn VNA Health Network is proud to continue our community outreach, made possible through the generosity of donations from our supporters. These efforts include our flu clinics, blood pressure screenings, health education programs, and much more!
Health Screenings:
Blood Pressure Clinics – Lorraine Gleick Nordgren Senior Center, Auburn MA
1st and 3rd Friday of every month from 8:45am – 10:45am.
