Auburn VNA Nursing & Therapy provides skilled professional care to keep you in your home
Auburn VNA Nursing & Therapy is regulated and certified by the Department of Public Health as a Medicare/Medicaid provider of home health services. Any individual, family member, caregiver, physician, nurse, or social worker can refer individuals to Auburn VNA Health Network (AVHN) for an in-home evaluation for care. We serve the Worcester area and Central MA.
This division’s objective is to aid in recovery or help manage an illness, enabling patients to stay in the
comfort of their homes. The RN Case Manager will guide you with insurance logistics as well as assist in obtaining other necessary resources. These services are offered 24 hours, 7 days a week.
