Pakachoag Gardens is a program of the Auburn VNA Health Network providing comprehensive weekday adult day health services. Designed as a place "Where Seniors Blossom," the program provides socialization, companionship, daily activities, exercise, nutrition, emotional support, nursing, personal care, and so much more.
The location of the program at 203 Pakachoag St. in Auburn, provides a safe, restorative, stimulating, caring environment for adults. Our clients enjoy spending time with their contemporaries, along with our professional, compassionate staff in a protective group setting.
Nurse supervision and medication management is available. We provide supervision of personal care, skin and body treatments, nursing care, therapies, health screenings, medical evaluations, as well as specialized equipment and training for those with physical disabilities.
This program is designed to not only provide everything participants need to continue to live in their own home, it ensures that they receive any specialized care they need. Additionally, the program provides emotional support and respite for caregivers. A true win-win for everyone!
Our Activities Director creates a month-to-month calendar that is packed with fun-filled activities. Our participants enjoy:
